These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by Sunflower for You, including psychological counseling, psychomotor therapy, and emergency support (Safe Talk).
3.2. Booking & Payment
Appointments must be booked online via the website.
Payments are made in Swiss francs (CHF) or Euros (EUR) via Wix Payments, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Prices are displayed on the website and may be updated at any time.
3.3. Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance free of charge.
Cancellations within less than 24 hours or no-shows will be charged in full.
3.4. Liability Disclaimer
Our services do not replace medical treatment.
We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from service use.
3.5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
For Switzerland: Swiss law applies, and disputes are handled by Swiss courts.
For Portugal: Portuguese law applies, and disputes are handled by Portuguese courts.
